Located on the New Tweed Coast in northern NSW, Pandanus Pocket is a vibrant and innovative development consisting of 32 modern beach houses. The $14 million development comprises 32 two-level freestanding and attached beach houses, including one and two-bedroom ‘Shacks’ and two-bedroom + media room ‘Villas’.

Multiplex Living has created the houses to embody what has become Casuarina Beach’s ethos of combining cutting-edge coastal architecture with the laid-back vibe of traditional Australian beach escape. Designed by Donovan Hill, they have been created to maximise the environment through innovative design which complements the beautiful surrounds.

All beach houses kitchens feature Caesarstone bench tops and fully integrated dishwashers. For added comfort, split system air-conditioning is also an option. Furniture packages by Resort Interiors are available for purchase if you desire, and will be fully installed upon settlement. They include everything one might need to live in, holiday at or even to rent out your beach house.

A popular feature of Pandanus Pocket is the resort-style open area at the centre of the site, which includes a barbecue area, swimming pool, covered outdoor area, beach showers and pedestrian access to 7km of white sandy beach.

Everyone who purchases a Pananus Pocket beach house will receive a 10 year membership at Casuarina Recreation Club, located five minutes away. As a member you can enjoy the resort style facilities of a heated lap pool, sports clinic, technogym, tennis court, children’s pool, playground and BBQ facilities.
